Marc was born and raised in Maine and is fortunate to have had hands on entrepreneurial training in the family business: lake shore cabin rentals in a 4 season recreational area of Maine for over 18 years.  "Working in the tourist & service industry early in life taught me how important customer service is and even more importantly, what customer service is: which is something different & personal for everyone.
